Instructions
 

1. All Users must be previously registered with Baby-Friendly
2. Please enter below the email address your registered with Baby-Friendly and click on "Reset" 
3. An email will be sent to you within 15 minutes containing a reset link
4. The reset link is only valid for 72 hours; after which time the reset link will expire and you will need to start over again
5. The email is system-generated from do-not-reply@portal.babyfriendlyusa.org 
6. To ensure timely receipt of the email referenced in #2 (above) verify with your IT Department that system-generated emails are not blocked
7. If your hospital blocks system-generated emails, please ask your IT Department to white list the domain @portal.babyfriendlyusa.org for all email addresses, including do-not-reply@portal.babyfriendlyusa.org to ensure that you have 24/7 access to password resets
